La Commission a donné le feu vert à la création d'une entreprise commune dans le commerce de détail entre l'entreprise suédoise ICA Ahold AB et l'entreprise danoise Dansk Supermarked A/S (DSG).
The Commission has cleared a joint venture which will be established by ICA Ahold AB of Sweden and Denmark's Dansk Supermarked A/S (DSG), two retail companies.
