(13) Les émissions provenant de moteurs installés sur les engins mobiles non routiers et les tracteurs agricoles et forestiers doivent respecter les limites fixées dans la directive 97/68/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 16 décembre 1997 sur le rapprochement des législations des États membres relatives aux mesures contre les émissions de gaz et de particules polluants provenant des moteurs à combustion interne destinés aux engins mobiles non routiers et dans la directive 2000/25/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 22 mai 2000 relative aux mesures à prendre contre les émissions de gaz polluants et de particules polluantes provenant des moteurs destinés à la propulsion des tracteurs agricoles ou forestiers et modifiant la directive 74/150/CEE du Conseil. (13) The emissions from engines installed in non-road mobile machinery and agricultural and forestry tractors must comply with the limits stipulated in Directive 97/68/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 1997 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to measures against the emission of gaseous and particulate pollutants from internal combustion engines to be installed in non-road mobile machinery and in Directive 2000/25/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 May 2000 on action to be taken against the emission of gaseous and particulate pollutants by engines intended to power agricultural or forestry tractors and amending Council Directive 74/150/EEC Attainment of these emissions limits will become increasingly dependent upon the quality of the gas oils used by these engines and so it is important to include a definition for such fuels in Directive 98/70/EC.
