Definition: Considerable cultural variations occur in the presentation of this disorder, and two main types occur, with substantial overlap. In one type, the main feature is a complaint of increased fatigue after mental effort, often associated with some decrease in occupational performance or coping efficiency in daily tasks. The mental fatiguability is typically described as an unpleasant intrusion of distracting associations or recollections, difficulty in concentrating, and generally inefficient thinking. In the other type, the emphasis is on feelings of bodily or physical weakness and exhaustion after only minimal effort, accompanied by a feeling of muscular aches and pains and inability to relax. In both types a variety of other unpleasant physical feelings is common, such as dizziness, tension headaches, and feelings of general instability. Worry about decreasing mental and bodily well-being, irritability, anhedonia, and varying minor degrees of both depression and anxiety are all common. Sleep is often disturbed in its initial and middle phases but hypersomnia may also be prominent. | Fatigue syndrome

– vu la politique agricole commune après 2013 et, en particulier, le règlement (UE) n° 1307/2013 établissant des règles relatives aux paiements directs en faveur des agriculteurs au titre des régimes de soutien relevant de la politique agricole commune et le règlement (UE) n° 1305/2013 relatif au soutien au développement rural par le Fonds européen agricole pour le développement rural (Feader)
– having regard to the Common Agricultural Policy after 2013, and in particular to Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing rules for direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy and to Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) ,

En vue de simplifier le cadre réglementaire de la politique agricole commune (PAC), le règlement (CE) no 1234/2007 du Conseil (ci après dénommé «règlement OCM unique») a abrogé et remplacé par un acte juridique unique tous les règlements que le Conseil avait adoptés depuis l’introduction de la PAC dans le cadre de la création des organisations communes des marchés pour les produits agricoles ou groupes de produits.
With a view to simplifying the regulatory environment of the common agricultural policy (CAP), Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 (Single CMO Regulation) repealed, and replaced by one single legal act, all the regulations which the Council had adopted since the introduction of the CAP in the framework of the establishment of common organisations of the markets for the agricultural products or groups of products.
