Conformément au régime applicable aux autres agents, l'autorité visée à son article 6, premier alinéa, propose un contrat d'agent temporaire ou contractuel à durée indéterminée à toute personne employée en tant qu'agent local, au 1er mai 2017, dans le cadre d'un contrat à durée indéterminée conclu par Europol tel qu'institué par la convention Europol.
4. In accordance with the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants, the authority referred to in the first paragraph of Article 6 thereof shall offer employment of indefinite duration as a member of the temporary or contract staff to any person who, on 1 May 2017, is employed under a contract of indefinite duration as a local staff member concluded by Europol as established by the Europol Convention.
