Dans ce contexte, je voudrais demander à la Commission et au Conseil quelles garanties seront effectivement données en pratique concernant le droit des Européens d’introduire des recours judiciaires et administratifs, ce qu’il en est de la proportionnalité par rapport aux diverses autorités et agences américaines qui ont accès aux données et les traitent, et, dernier point mais non des moindres, je voudrais savoir comment nous allons garantir le contrôle de l’ensemble du processus par une autorité indépendante.
In this context, I would like to ask the Commission and Council what guarantees will actually be given in practice concerning the rights of Europeans to lodge judicial and administrative appeals, as well as proportionality in terms of the various US authorities and agencies processing and accessing data and, last but not least, how supervision of the entire process by an independent authority will be guaranteed.
