TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

La promotion des investissements dans les secteurs gros consommateurs de main-d’œuvre des régions à forte émigration sera une importante priorité, dans le contexte plus large d’efforts en vue de faciliter les migrations et la mobilité de la main-d’œuvre au niveau intra-africain.
Promoting investments in labour-intensive sectors in regions with high outward migration will be an important priority, in a wider context of facilitating intra-African labour migration and mobility.

Conformément au cadre du PDDAA et à la Déclaration de Malabo, elles ont réaffirmé leur soutien à l'ambition de tripler le commerce intra-africain de produits agricoles d'ici 2025, et d'augmenter la valeur ajoutée des exportations vers l'UE. Elles concentreront leur soutien sur le cadre de résultats du PDDAA afin d'atteindre les objectifs de Malabo dans les domaines de la productivité, du commerce intra-africain et du développement de la chaîne de valeur, du changement climatique, de la résilience et de l'agriculture durable, ainsi que la promotion des investissements du secteur privé responsable dans l'agriculture africaine.
In line with the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP) framework and the Malabo Declaration, they reaffirmed their support regarding the ambition to triple intra-African trade in agricultural products by 2025 and to increase value-added exports to the EU.They will focus their support to CAADP Result Framework in order to reach the Malabo targets in the areas of productivity, Intra-Africa Trade and value Chain development, Climate change, Resilience and Sustainable Agriculture as well as promoting responsible private sector investment in African agriculture.

2. Aux fins de l'évaluation qu'elle doit effectuer en vertu du paragraphe 1, l'Agence prend plus particulièrement en compte les critères suivants: l'accès équitable et non discriminatoire au réseau, une régulation efficace, le développement du réseau, les investissements et les mesures non faussées de promotion des investissements, le développement d'une infrastructure d'interconnexion et la situation en matière de sécurité des approvisionnements dans la Communauté.
2. For the purpose of its assessment under paragraph 1, the Agency shall take into account in particular the following criteria: fair and non-discriminatory network access, effective regulation, the development of the network, investments and undistorted incentives to invest, the development of interconnection infrastructure, and the security of supply situation in the Community .

reviewing the investment plans of the transmission system operators, and providing in its annual report an assessment of the investment plan of the transmission system operators as regards its consistency with the European-wide 10-year network investment plan mentioned at Article 2c(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1228/2003; the 10-year investment plan shall create incentives for the promotion of investments, and ensure that the quality and size of the workforce are sufficient to meet service obligations; failure by the relevant operator to honour the 10-year investment plan shall result in the imposition of proportionate sanctions by the national regulatory authority on the operator in accordance with recommendations issued by the Agency;
