Le président Juncker a qualifié cette étape d'importante, déclarant qu'«il est plus judicieux d'investir en Afrique que d'accepter que de nombreux Africains doivent quitter leur foyer en traversant la Méditerranée».
President Juncker welcomed this as an important step, saying “it is wiser to invest in Africa than accepting that many Africans have to leave their home crossing the Mediterranean”.
