Cette visite fait suite a la rencontre d'une delegation technique marocaine avec les responsables de l'energie a la Commission des Communautes europeennes a Bruxelles et au voyage officiel de MM. Abdellatif FILALI et Mohamed SEQUAT, respectivement Ministre des Affaires etrangeres et de la Cooperation et Secretaire d'Etat aux Affaires etrangeres et a la Cooperation, charges des relations avec la C.E.E. La delegation europeenne a eu des entretiens avec MM. Azeddine LARAKI, Premier Ministre, Mohamed KABBAJ, Ministre de l'Equipement de la Formation professionnelle et de la Formation des Cadres, Mohamed FETAH, Ministre de l'Energie et des Mines et Mohamed SEQUAT, Secretaire d'Etat charge des relations avec la C.E.E. Les consultations se sont deroulees dans une atmosphere d'amitie et ont ete marquees par un esprit constructif et de comprehension mutuelle.
This visit follows the meeting in Brussels between a Moroccan experts' delegation and Commission energy officials, and the official visit of Mr Abdellatif Filali, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, and Mr Mohamed Sequat, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, with responsibility for relations with the EEC. The Community delegation had discussions with Mr Azeddine Laraki, the Prime Minister, Mr Mohamed Kabbaj, Minister of Professional Training and Executive Training, Mr Mohamed Fetah, Minister for Mines and Energy, and Mr Mohamed Sequat, Secretary of State responsible for relations with the EEC. Discussions were amicable and characterized by a constructive attitude and mutual understanding.
