Dans ses observations, AES-Tisza faisait valoir qu’après la période de réglementation des prix (c’est-à-dire après le 1er janvier 2004, à l’exception de la nouvelle réglementation en matière de prix en 2007), les prix fixés sous le régime des AAE n’étaient pas imputables à l’État, mais étaient le résultat de négociations entre la centrale et MVM.
AES-Tisza argued in its observations that the prices under the PPAs were not imputable to the State after the period of price regulation (i.e. after 1 January 2004, with the exception of new price regulation in 2007), but were the result of negotiations between the power plant and MVM.
