Je suis déçu que le comité n'ait pas jugé bon d'adopter le sous-amendement car je pense que lorsque le moment sera venu d'appuyer mon amendement, le vote aurait plus de sens si les membres du comité avaient également appuyé dans le même contexte le sous-amendement de M. Loubier.
