The existing administrative units used for the NUTS classification are set out in Annex II. The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 7a to amend Annex II on the basis of the changes in the administrative units that have been communicated to it by the Member State concerned in accordance with Article 5(1)’.

(i) acknowledges that the composition of the Court of Appeal and the Court of First Instance should be multinational; considers as regards their composition that account should be taken of the existing court structures, while bearing in mind that the overriding objective is to ensure that the new court is genuinely unified; proposes, therefore, that the composition of the local divisions should become multinational as soon as possible but that reasoned exceptions to this general principle may be made after approval from the Administrative Committee during a transitional period of no more than five years, while it has to be ensured that the standard of quality and efficiency of the existing structures is not reduced; considers that the period of five years should be used for intensive training and preparation for the judges;

Les mesures visant à modifier des élements non essentiels du présent règlement et adaptant l'annexe II sont arrêtées en conformité avec la procédure de réglementation avec contrôle visée à l'article 7, paragraphe 2».
The existing administrative units used for the NUTS classification are laid down in Annex II. Measures designed to amend non-essential elements of this Regulation and adapting Annex II shall be adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure with scrutiny referred to in Article 7(2)’.

For example, the offence of bribery of domestic public officials is covered by a series of existing Criminal Code offences, including bribery of judges and members of the federal Parliament or a provincial legislature, section 119; bribery of police, court officers and anyone involved in the administration of the criminal law, section 120; bribery of government officials, section 121; bribery of municipal officials, section 123; and breach of trust, section 122.
