«Conformément à l'article 6 du règlement (UE) no 1306/2013, le Feader peut utiliser jusqu'à 0,25 % de sa dotation annuelle pour financer les tâches visées à l'article 58 du règlement (UE) no 1303/2013, y compris les coûts liés à la mise en place et au fonctionnement du réseau européen de développement rural visé à l'article 52 du présent règlement et du réseau PEI visé à l'article 53 du présent règlement, à l'initiative de la Commission et/ou en son nom, dont 30 567 000 EUR en prix courants au maximum sont alloués au programme d'appui à la réforme structurelle institué par le règlement (UE) 2017/825 du Parlement européen et du Conseil (*2) en vue d'une utilisation dans le champ d'action et aux fins dudit programme.
‘In accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 the EAFRD may use up to 0,25 % of its annual allocation to finance the tasks referred to in Article 58 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013, including the costs for setting up and operating the European network for rural development referred to in Article 52 of this Regulation and the EIP network referred to in Article 53 of this Regulation at the Commission's initiative and/or on its behalf, of which up to EUR 30 567 000 in current prices shall be allocated to the Structural Reform Support Programme established by Regulation (EU) 2017/825 of the European Parliament and of the Council (*2) for use within the scope and purpose of that programme.

To that end, devoting one third of structural resources to the Cohesion Fund, as stated in the Second Cohesion Report and in the information note of November 2001, and reducing the number of items of Community assistance as far as possible are major ways of facilitating the implementation of structural measures in the period up to the end of 2006.

Des actions visant à assurer l’interopérabilité et des études de faisabilité de grande ampleur seront financées dans toute l’Union. Le programme Marco Polo, doté d’un budget de 450 millions d’euros jusqu’en 2013, contribuera directement à offrir aux opérateurs de transport des solutions de rechange exploitant d’autres modes de transport sur les axes saturés.
Considering the limited resources available, the EU will need to focus its co-financing from the TENs budget on the critical border crossing sections and the other main bottlenecks on the priority projects. Moreover, Member States should optimise the use of the EU Structural and Cohesion Funds to support the financing of transport infrastructure. EU funds will be concentrated on those projects which offer the greatest added value for Europe and where active collaboration with national and other financing organisations is guaranteed. Interoperability actions and major feasibility studies shall be financed throughout the Union. The Marco Polo programme, with a budget of € 450 million until 2013, will contribute directly to offering alternatives in other modes of transport to operators on congested roads.

Afin de mettre en œuvre entièrement l'objectif de la déclaration no 17 de la Commission et du Conseil adoptée le 14 juin 2006, les États membres peuvent octroyer une aide jusqu'au 31 décembre 2008 pour les navires construits conformément aux conditions prévues à l'article 2, points 4 et 5, du règlement (CE) no 639/2004 du Conseil du 30 mars 2004 relatif à la gestion des flottes de pêche enregistrées dans les régions ultrapériphériques de la Communauté (13), et aux conditions correspondantes du règlement (CE) no 2792/1999 du Conseil du 17 décembre 1999 définissant les modalités et conditions des actions structurelles de la Communauté dans le secteur de la pêche (14).
In order to fully implement the objective of Statement No 17 of the Commission and the Council adopted on 14 June 2006, Member States may grant aid until 31 December 2008 for vessels built in accordance with the conditions of Article 2, points 4 and 5, of Council Regulation (EC) No 639/2004 of 30 March 2004 on the management on fishing fleets registered in the Community outermost regions (13), and with the relevant conditions of Council Regulation (EC) No 2792/1999 of 17 December 1999 laying down the detailed rules and arrangements regarding Community structural assistance in the fisheries sector (14).
