La condition énoncée au premier alinéa, point b), selon laquelle les actions résultantes doivent représenter, sur une période de douze mois, moins de 20 % du nombre d’actions de même catégorie déjà admises à la négociation sur le même marché réglementé ne s’applique dans aucun des cas suivants:
