Pour contribuer aux stratégies d'internationalisation par des financements de l’UE pendant la période 2014‑2020, la Commission: – fournira, au titre de nouveau programme Erasmus+, un soutien financier accru à la mobilité à destination et en provenance de pays tiers, de façon à permettre la participation de 135 000 apprenants et membres du personnel; permettra à 15 000 chercheurs de pays tiers d'entamer ou de poursuivre leur carrière en Europe par les actions Marie Skłodowska-Curie au titre du programme Horizon 2020; – soutiendra les consortiums d’EES internationaux afin de mettre en place des diplômes communs de master et de doctorat, respectivement par le programme Erasmus+ et les actions Marie Skłodowska-Curie, et offrira aux diplômés participants 60 000 bourses de haut niveau; – apportera son soutien aux partenariats stratégiques pour la coopération et l’innovation, y compris à 1 000 partenariats de renforcement des capacités entre des EES de l’UE et de pays tiers.
In order to contribute to internationalisation strategies in the 2014-2020 period through EU funding the Commission will: – Provide increased financial support through the new programme Erasmus+ for mobility to and from non-EU countries, reaching up to 135,000 learners and staff; and allow up to 15,000 non-EU researchers to start or pursue their careers in Europe through the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions in Horizon 2020; – Support international HEI consortia to develop Joint Master and Doctoral degrees through Erasmus+ and Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions respectively, and provide high-level scholarships for up to 60,000 graduates to take part; – Support strategic partnerships for cooperation and innovation, including up to 1,000 capacity-building partnerships between EU and non-EU HEIs.

The Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions have made remarkable progress to promote mobility, both transnational and intersectoral, and to open research careers at European and international level, with excellent employment and working conditions following the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
