Takes note of the Constitutional Court’s decision on the implementation of the Association of Serb Municipalities, and calls for the drafting of relevant legislation and statutes in line with that ruling; calls for the complete and committed implementation of the agreements reached; calls for respect for the rule of law, regrets that opposition forces did not take advantage of this suspension to resume parliamentary dialogue, and encourages all political forces to act constructively in the interests of their country, its democratic institutions and its citizens; considers full respect for the rules of democracy, political dialogue and unhindered parliamentary business to be essential for the implementation of all aspects of Kosovo’s reform agenda; strongly condemns violent obstructions in the Assembly, calls for the prevention of further violent protests in the Assembly, and stresses that in the Assembly elected Members of Parliament should meet and discuss issues with full respect for the institution; stresses that the government should respect the parliament’s resolutions and decisions and should report, as required by the legislative body, before deciding to sign agreements with other states; welcomes, in this connection, the well-prepared proposal of 20 November 2015 by two Kosovo MPs from the ruling coalition and the opposition respectively; calls on all political actors to resume political dialogue in order to break the deadlock and find a viable solution that restores the normal functioning of the Kosovo Assembly; invites all Kosovo leaders to approach this situation as being of the utmost importance and to act responsibly, bearing in mind that the Assembly is elected by the people of Kosovo, for the people of Kosovo; is strongly concerned about repeated acts of violence and calls on law enforcement authorities to carry out their duties in full compliance with legal procedures; notes with concern the events that led to the arrest of some Members ...

7. condamne vivement les attentats terroristes de Daech contre les infrastructures pétrolières d'Al-Sidra et de Ras Lanouf, l'attentat suicide à la bombe de Zliten ainsi que tout acte visant à perturber le processus de stabilisation du pays; indique qu'il a le droit et le devoir d'aider les nouvelles autorités libyennes à lutter contre Daech et contre tous les terroristes jusqu'à leur disparition complète; demande qu'une coalition internationale s'attaque à la présence de plus en plus importante de Daech en Libye, qui constitue non seulement une menace pour les pays voisins du Sahel et du Sahara, mais aussi pour les États membres de l'Union européenne;

Strongly condemns the terrorist attacks by Daesh against the oil infrastructures in al-Sidra and Ras Lanuf, as well as the suicide bombing in Zliten and any attempt to disrupt the process of stabilisation in the country; expresses the right and duty to assist the new Libyan authorities in the fight against Daesh and all terrorists until their total extinction; calls for an international coalition to address the growing presence of Daesh in Libya, which not only poses a threat to neighbouring Sahel and Saharan countries, but also to EU Member States;

Condemns the destabilising terrorist attacks by Daesh against the people of Libya, including minorities, as well as the oil infrastructures in al-Sidra and Ras Lanuf, and any attempt to disrupt the process of stabilisation in the country; calls for an international coalition to address the growing presence of Daesh in Libya, which is destabilising the country and threatening not only the neighbouring Sahel and Saharan countries, but also the EU;

26. invite instamment les forces politiques de Moldavie à accélérer les négociations en cours et à former un nouveau gouvernement de coalition capable de promouvoir sans plus attendre le processus de réforme au bénéfice de tous les Moldaves, y compris pour satisfaire aux demandes de la Banque mondiale et du Fonds monétaire international (FMI); prend acte de l’échec, les 4 et 13 janvier 2016, de tentatives visant à former un nouveau gouvernement; demande aux partis moldaves de reconnaître les graves conséquences géopolitiques qu'aurait l'échec de leurs efforts visant à former un nouveau gouvernement à l'échéance du 29 janvier 2016, fixée par l'arrêt de la Cour constitutionnelle, et prend acte des derniers développements, qui ont de bonnes chances d'aboutir à la création d'un nouveau gouvernement;
26. Urges the political forces in Moldova to accelerate the ongoing negotiations and to form a new governing coalition that can advance without further delay the reform process for the benefit of all Moldovans, including in order to comply with the demands of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF); notes the unsuccessful attempts to form a new government on 4 and 13 January 2016; demands that the Moldovan parties acknowledge the dire geopolitical consequences should their efforts to form a new government fail by the deadline of 29 January 2016, as set by the ruling of the Constitutional Court, and notes the latest developments, which have a good chance of leading to the creation of a new government;

Stresses the need for the new government to maintain Georgia’s constructive engagement in the Geneva International Discussions; regrets, in this respect, the slow pace of negotiations and the absence of any substantial progress between the two parties at the Geneva Discussions on Security and Stability in the South Caucasus, and calls for a stronger engagement with a view to complying in full with all six points of the ceasefire agreement of September 2008; notes the invitation to the Georgian Dream coalition to send representatives to participate in the 21st round of internationally mediated peace talks on the Georgian conflicts, to be held in Geneva;
