TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

En vertu de l'article 2, paragraphe 6, point a), de ladite annexe III, le Comité des ambassadeurs ACP-UE est nommé en qualité d'autorité de tutelle du CDE et est chargé, entre autres, de fixer les statuts du CDE adoptés par la décision no 8/2005 du Comité des ambassadeurs ACP-CE (ci-après dénommés «statuts du CDE»).
Under point (a) of Article 2(6) of that Annex III, the ACP-EU Committee of Ambassadors is appointed as the supervisory authority of the CDE with, amongst other things, the responsibility to lay down the statutes of the CDE, which were adopted by Decision No 8/2005 of the ACP-EC Committee of Ambassadors (‘CDE Statutes’).

Alexander Italianer ayant exprimé le souhait de se retirer, la Commission européenne a nommé Martin Selmayr comme nouveau secrétaire général, tandis que le président Juncker a nommé Mme Clara Martinez Alberola comme nouveau chef de cabinet et M. Richard Szostak comme nouveau chef de cabinet adjoint.
Following the wish of Secretary-General Alexander Italianer to retire, the European Commission appointed Martin Selmayr as its new Secretary-General, while President Juncker appointed Clara Martinez Alberola as his new Head of Cabinet and Richard Szostak as his new Deputy Head of Cabinet.
