La Commission n'a pas encore pris de décision concernant l'exonération de la taxe sur les huiles minérales en faveur de certaines installations à turbines gaz-vapeur, également notifiée par le gouvernement allemand, car l'examen de cette mesure n'est pas encore achevé.
The Commission has not yet taken any decision on another measure notified by the Federal Government, namely the exemption of certain gas and steam turbine power plants from mineral oil tax, as it has not yet completed examination of the measure notified.
