1. Afin de négocier des accords de coordination des travaux de génie civil visés à l'article 5, les États membres font obligation à tout opérateur de réseau de mettre à disposition, lorsqu'une demande en ce sens lui est adressée par écrit par une entreprise fournissant ou autorisée à fournir des réseaux de communications publics, les informations minimales suivantes sur les travaux de génie civil en cours ou prévus relatifs à ses infrastructures physiques et pour lesquels une autorisation a été accordée, une procédure de délivrance d'autorisation est en cours ou une première introduction de demande d'autorisation auprès des autorités compétentes est envisagée dans les six mois suivants:

Conformément à l’objectif de ladite communication, à savoir faire en sorte que seuls les produits dérivés du bois ayant été produits conformément à la législation nationale du pays producteur de bois puissent entrer sur le territoire de l’Union, cette dernière négocie des accords de partenariat volontaires (APV FLEGT) avec les pays producteurs de bois (ci-après dénommés «pays partenaires»); ces accords font obligation aux parties de mettre en œuvre un régime d’autorisation et de réglementer les échanges commerciaux du bois et des produits dérivés spécifiés dans lesdits APV FLEGT.
In accordance with the aim of that Communication, namely to ensure that only timber products which have been produced in accordance with the national legislation of the timber-producing country enter the Union, the Union has been negotiating Voluntary Partnership Agreements (FLEGT VPAs) with timber-producing countries (partner countries), which create a legally binding obligation for the parties to implement a licensing scheme and to regulate trade in timber and timber products identified in those FLEGT VPAs.

None of the provisions of Title V of Part Three of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, no measure adopted pursuant to that Title, no provision of any international agreement concluded by the Union pursuant to that Title, and no decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union interpreting any such provision or measure or any measure amended or amendable pursuant to that Title shall be binding upon or applicable in Denmark; and no such provision, measure or decision shall in any way affect the competences, rights and obligations of Denmark; and no such provision, measure or decision shall in any way affect the Community or Union acquis nor form part of Union law as they apply to Denmark.
