IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

considérant que, en vertu de l'article 295 du traité FUE, le Parlement européen, le Conseil et la Commission procèdent à des consultations réciproques et organisent d'un commun accord les modalités de leur coopération, et que, à cet effet, un accord interinstitutionnel devrait être adopté pour améliorer le fonctionnement de la procédure budgétaire annuelle et la coopération entre les institutions en matière budgétaire;
whereas, pursuant to Article 295 TFEU, the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission shall consult each other and by common agreement make arrangements for their cooperation, and, whereas to this end, an interinstitutional agreement should be adopted to improve the functioning of the annual budgetary procedure and cooperation between the institutions on budgetary matters;

3. considère que le point 47 de l'Accord interinstitutionnel devrait s'appliquer à la création de l'Agence et que le Parlement devrait entamer des négociations avec l'autre branche de l'autorité budgétaire afin d'aboutir, en temps opportun, à un accord sur le financement de l'Agence qui soit conforme aux dispositions pertinentes de l'accord interinstitutionnel;
3. Considers that Point 47 of the Interinstitutional Agreement should be applied in relation to the establishment of the Agency and that Parliament should enter into negotiations with the other arm of the budgetary authority with a view to reaching a timely agreement on the financing of the Agency in line with the relevant provisions of the Interinstitutional Agreement;
