2. En ce qui concerne les aspects environnementaux, je voudrais vous dire qu’il y a certains amendements que nous ne pouvons néanmoins pas accepter, tels les amendements 1, 5, 6, 25 -précédemment quelqu’un s’y était référé ; nous le regrettons, nous ne pouvons pas l’accepter -, 37, 41, 44, 60 et 66, parce que cela signifierait une charge supplémentaire que nous ne pouvons pas assumer ou cela pourrait signifier aller trop loin dans cette proposition.
