– vu l'article 294, paragraphe 2, et les articles 121 et 126 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne, conformément auxquels la proposition lui a été présentée par la Commission (C7-0298/2010),
– having regard to Article 294(2) and Articles 121 and 126 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, pursuant to which the Commission submitted the proposal to Parliament (C7-0298/2010),

– vu la recommandation de la commission des transports et du tourisme (A7-0298/2010),

Annuler la décision du 11 mai 2010 du jury portant rejet de la candidature de Mme Silvia Bojinova au concours interne COM/INT/EU2/10/AD5 ainsi que la décision confirmative de l'AIPN du 26 octobre 2010 rejetant la réclamation correspondante introduite le 6 août 2010;
