D'ailleurs, j'avais dit en deuxième lecture que le Bloc québécois appuyait d'une façon générale cette loi parce qu'il y avait un pouvoir accru de réglementation dans cet univers qui bouge extrêmement rapidement et j'avais souligné l'extrême importance d'une loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels.
As a matter of fact, at second reading, I stated that the Bloc supported the bill in general because it establishes increased regulatory powers in this world where things change so quickly, and I also stressed the extreme importance of privacy protection legislation.
