Il s’agit d’un programme d’aide offert gratuitement à tous nos employés. En 2006, nous avons mis en place notre unité de gestion de la diversité, dont le mandat est de s’occuper des enjeux relatifs aux droits de la personne, de coordonner les activités à cet égard au sein du service et d’aborder les barrières et les lacunes en la matière en vue de créer un milieu de travail plus inclusif.
In 2006 we created our diversity management unit whose mandate is to coordinate human rights issues and activities across the service, and address barriers and gaps to create a more inclusive workplace.

D'ici là, la situation actuelle en matière de confessionnalité au Québec est maintenue, comme je le disais d'ailleurs le 26 mars dernier, à l'Assemblée nationale, dans une déclaration ministérielle portant sur la gestion de la diversité des attentes religieuses à l'école publique.
Until then, the current situation in Quebec with respect to confessionality remains unchanged, as I observed last March 26 in the National Assembly in a ministerial statement on the management of the diversity of religious expectations in public schools.
