L’objet du présent règlement vise à créer un système de comparaison des empreintes digitales des demandeurs d’asile et de plusieurs catégories d’immigrants clandestins.
The objective of this regulation is to establish a system for comparing fingerprints of asylum seekers and some categories of illegal immigrants.

4. The result of the comparison shall be immediately checked in the receiving Member State by a fingerprint expert as defined in accordance with its national rules, specifically trained in the types of fingerprint comparisons provided for in this Regulation.
