La Commission européenne a autorisé sous conditions, en vertu du règlement de l'UE sur les concentrations, la proposition d'acquisition d'une partie des activités phytosanitaires de DuPont par FMC, et d'acquisition des activités liées à la santé et à la nutrition de FMC par DuPont.
The European Commission has conditionally approved, under the EU Merger Regulation, FMC's proposed acquisition of parts of DuPont's crop protection business and DuPont's acquisition of FMC's Health and Nutrition business.

2. Aux fins de ce calcul, l’entreprise mère est traitée comme une entreprise d’assurance ou de réassurance soumise aux règles fixées au titre I, chapitre VI, section 4, sous-sections 1, 2 et 3, en ce qui concerne le capital de solvabilité requis, et aux mêmes conditions que celles prévues au titre I, chapitre VI, section 3, sous-sections 1, 2 et 3, en ce qui concerne les fonds propres éligibles en couverture du capital de solvabilité requis».
2. For the purpose of that calculation, the parent undertaking shall be treated as if it were an insurance or reinsurance undertaking subject to the rules laid down in Subsections 1, 2 and 3 of Section 4 of Chapter VI of Title I as regards the Solvency Capital Requirement and subject to the same conditions as laid down in Subsections 1, 2 and 3 of Section 3 of Chapter VI of Title I as regards the own funds eligible for the Solvency Capital Requirement’.

Aux seules fins de ce calcul, la société holding d’assurance intermédiaire ou la compagnie financière holding mixte intermédiaire est traitée comme une entreprise d’assurance ou de réassurance soumise aux règles énoncées au titre I, chapitre VI, section 4, sous-sections 1, 2 et 3, en ce qui concerne le capital de solvabilité requis, et aux mêmes conditions que celles énoncées au titre I, chapitre VI, section 3, sous-sections 1, 2 et 3, en ce qui concerne les fonds propres éligibles en couverture du capital de solvabilité requis.
For the sole purpose of that calculation, the intermediate insurance holding company or intermediate mixed financial holding company shall be treated as if it were an insurance or reinsurance undertaking subject to the rules laid down in Subsections 1, 2 and 3 of Section 4 of Chapter VI of Title I in respect of the Solvency Capital Requirement and were subject to the same conditions as are laid down in Subsections 1, 2 and 3 of Section 3 of Chapter VI of Title I in respect of own funds eligible for the Solvency Capital Requirement.

(c) the significance with which the risk profile of the undertaking concerned deviates from the assumptions underlying the Solvency Capital Requirement as laid down in Article 101(3), calculated with the standard formula in accordance with Chapter VI, Section 4, Subsection 2 or with its partial or full internal model in accordance with Chapter VI, Section 4, Subsection 3.

284. réaffirme sa position concernant la budgétisation de sa politique immobilière, telle qu'elle a été à nouveau formulée au paragraphe 5 de sa résolution du 24 avril 2007 accompagnant la décision concernant la décharge pour l'exercice 2005, section I – Parlement européen : "rappelle à ses organes compétents sa décision selon laquelle 'les remboursements afférents aux bâtiments [...] devraient [...] être fixés dans le cadre de la stratégie budgétaire'; critique dès lors ses organes compétents qui ne parviennent pas à prévoir avec suffisamment de précision le budget nécessaire à la politique immobilière du Parlement pour ses futures acquisitions (la ligne budgétaire intitulée 'Acquisition de biens immobiliers' ne comporte que des mentions pour mémoire pour les années 2005, 2006 et 2007)";

La conséquence sera que dans le Chapitre 1 Paiements directs nous aurons à ouvrir une Section 1 : Primes et à faire passer les 4 sections actuelles en sous section: sous section Prime à la brebis et à la chèvre; sous section 2: Prime supplémentaire; sous section 3 Dispositions communes; sous section 4: Limites individuelles.
This means that in Chapter 1, Direct Payments, we need to have a Section 1: Premiums, and then turn the present Sections into subsections, namely Subsection 1: ewe and she-goat premium; Subsection 2: Supplementary premium; Subsection 3: Common provisions; Subsection 4: Individual limits.
