Je conclus en lançant un appel au Parti libéral, au parti au pouvoir, en lui demandant sincèrement d'accepter de voter avec le Bloc québécois, le Parti conservateur, le Nouveau Parti démocratique et beaucoup de députés du Parti réformiste afin que tous ici, d'un cri unanime, sans partisanerie, on dise: «Oui, on va faire quelque chose. On va se serrer les coudes et on va faire quelque chose pour le domaine maritime».
I will conclude by asking the Liberal Party, the one in office, to accept to vote with the Bloc Quebecois, the Conservative Party, the New Democratic Party and many members of the Reform Party so we can put aside party politics and say with one voice, “yes, we are going to work together to help the shipbuilding industry”.
