Les autorités compétentes du Cambodge prennent toutes les mesures nécessaires pour assurer le respect de l'article 1er et de l'article 4 ainsi que pour mettre en place et entretenir les structures et systèmes administratifs nécessaires à la bonne mise en œuvre de la dérogation visée à l'article 1er et à la coopération administrative, tant avec les autorités de Malaisie qu'avec la Commission européenne et les autorités douanières des États membres de l'Union, conformément aux dispositions du titre II, chapitre 2, section 2, sous-section 2, du règlement d'exécution (UE) 2015/2447.
The competent authorities of Cambodia shall take all the necessary measures to ensure compliance with Articles 1 and 4 and to put in place and maintain any administrative structures and systems to ensure the correct implementation of the derogation referred to in Article 1 and administrative cooperation, both with the authorities of Malaysia and with the European Commission and the customs authorities of the Member States of the Union, as specified in Title II, Chapter 2, Section 2, Subsection 2 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2447.

1b. By way of derogation from paragraph 1a, Member States that during at least one year in the period 2010-2013 allocated more than 10 % of their amount available for granting the direct payments provided for in Titles III, IV and V of this Regulation, with the exception of Section 6 of Chapter 1 of Title IV, to financing the measures laid down in Section 2 of Chapter 2 of Title III of this Regulation, the support provided for in subpoints (i) to (iv) of point (a) and in points (b) and (e) of Article 68(1) of this Regulation, or the measures under Chapter 1, with the exception of Section 6, of Title IV of this Regulation may decide to use more than 13 % of the annual national ceiling set out in Annex VIII of this Regulation subject to approval by the Commission".

Les exigences concernant les informations sur la chaîne alimentaire mentionnées à l'annexe II, section III, du règlement (CE) no 853/2004 et à l'annexe I, section I, chapitre II, point A, du règlement (CE) no 854/2004, sont énoncées à l'annexe I du présent règlement.
Requirements concerning food chain information as referred to in Section III of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 and in Chapter II (A) of Section I of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 854/2004 are set out in Annex I to this Regulation.

Toutefois, les produits de la pêche dérivés de mollusques bivalves, d'échinordermes, de tuniciers et de gastéropodes marins peuvent être mis sur le marché s'ils ont été produits conformément à l'annexe III, section VII, du règlement (CE) no./2004 et satisfassent aux normes fixées au chapitre V, point 2, de cette section.
However, fishery products derived from bivalve molluscs, echinoderms, tunicates and marine gastropods may be placed on the market if they have been produced in accordance with Section VII of Annex III to Regulation (EC) No./2004 and comply with the standards laid down in Chapter V, point 2, of that Section.
