En ce qui concerne les sous-zones 88.1 et 88.2 de la FAO ainsi que les divisions 58.4.1, 58.4.2 et 58.4.3 a, les TAC et les limites de prises accessoires par sous-zone et division, ainsi que leur répartition entre les unités de recherche à petite échelle (SSRU) au sein de chacune d'elles, sont celles définies à l'annexe V, partie B. La pêche dans une SSRU cesse lorsque les captures déclarées atteignent le TAC fixé, la SSRU concernée étant alors fermée à la pêche pour le reste de la campagne.
2. With regard to FAO Subareas 88.1 and 88.2 as well as Divisions 58.4.1,58.4.2 and 58.4.3a TACs and by-catch limits per subarea and division, and their distribution among Small Scale Research Units (SSRUs) within each of them, shall be as set out in Annex V, Part B. Fishing in any SSRU shall cease when the reported catch reaches the specified TAC, and the SSRU shall be closed to fishing for the remainder of the season.
