Pour continuer a participer activement a la preparation qui menera a la reunion ministerielle du GATT a Punta del Este en septembre 1986 et pour conserver ce role "pivot", elle doit maintenant preciser sa position a la fois sur sa conception de la negociation, sur ce qu'elle attend de ses partenaires au sein du GATT ainsi que sur les differents sujets qui seront debattus.
In order to continue playing an active part in the preparations leading up to the GATT ministerial meeting in Punta del Este in September this year and maintain its central role, the Community must now set out its position regarding its overall conception of the negotiations, what it expects from its GATT partners and also the various topics to be discussed.
