Attendu que, conformément à l’article 5.5 de la Loi sur l’aéronautique, le projet de Règlement de zonage concernant l’aéroport d’Old Crow, conforme en substance à l’annexe ci-après, a été publié dans deux numéros successifs de la Gazette du Canada Partie I, les 31 juillet et 7 août 1993, ainsi que dans deux numéros successifs du Yukon News les 22 et 24 septembre 1993, et que les intéressés ont ainsi eu la possibilité de présenter au ministre des Transports leurs observations à cet égard,
Whereas, pursuant to section 5.5 of the Aeronautics Act, a copy of the proposed Regulations respecting zoning at Old Crow Airport, substantially in the form set out in the schedule hereto, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette Part I on July 31st and August 7th, 1993, and in two successive issues of The Yukon News on September 22nd and 24th, 1993, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect thereto;

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 5.4 de la Loi sur l’aéronautique, il plaît à Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil de prendre le Règlement de zonage concernant l’aéroport d’Old Crow, ci-après.
Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 5.4 of the Aeronautics Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations respecting zoning at Old Crow Airport.
