1. Les informations classifiées au niveau RESTREINT UE/EU RESTRICTED ou à son équivalent et d'autres informations confidentielles peuvent être consultées par des membres de commissions parlementaires ou d'autres organes politiques et administratifs du Parlement européen lors d'une réunion à huis clos à l'extérieur des installations sécurisées.
1. Information classified at the level RESTREINT UE/EU RESTRICTED or its equivalent and ‘other confidential information’ may be consulted by members of parliamentary committees or of other political and administrative bodies of the European Parliament at a meeting in camera outside the secure facilities.

Sont établies des procédures garantissant, si des renseignements défavorables viennent à être communiqués à propos d'un fonctionnaire du Parlement européen ou d'un autre employé du Parlement travaillant pour un groupe politique, que des mesures sont prises pour déterminer si cette personne effectue un travail lui donnant accès à des informations classifiées, ou si elle a accès à des systèmes de communication ou d'information sécurisés, et que le service compétent du Parlement européen est informé.
Procedures shall be established to ensure that, when adverse information becomes known concerning an official of the European Parliament or other Parliament employee working for a political group, steps are taken to determine whether that individual's work brings him or her into contact with classified information or whether he or she has access to secure communication or information systems, and that the European Parliament's responsible service is informed.

2. Le Parlement européen met en place un système de gestion de la sécurité des informations conformément à ces principes de base et normes minimales, qui vise à faciliter le travail parlementaire et administratif tout en assurant la protection de toute information confidentielle traitée par le Parlement européen, dans le plein respect des règles établies par l'autorité d'origine de cette information comme prévu dans les consignes de sécurité.
2. The European Parliament shall set up an information security management system (ISMS) in accordance with those basic principles and minimum standards which shall aim at facilitating Parliamentary and administrative work, while ensuring the protection of any confidential information processed by the European Parliament, in full respect of the rules established by the originator of such information as laid down in the security notices.

In the light of the Framework Agreement on relations between the European Parliament and the European Commission (1) signed on 20 October 2010 (‘the Framework Agreement’), it is necessary to revise the Bureau Decision of 13 November 2006 on the rules governing the administrative processing of confidential documents.

2. Avant de donner décharge à la Commission, ou à toute autre fin se situant dans le cadre de l'exercice des attributions de celle-ci en matière d'exécution du budget administratif, le Parlement européen peut demander à entendre la Commission sur l'exécution des dépenses ou le fonctionnement des systèmes de contrôle financier.
