IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Conformément à l'article 10, paragraphe 2, du règlement (UE) nº 182/2011 établissant les règles et principes généraux relatifs aux modalités de contrôle par les États membres de l’exercice des compétences d’exécution par la Commission[1] (ci-après le «règlement de comitologie»), la Commission présente ci-après le rapport annuel sur les travaux des comités en 2013.
In accordance with Article 10(2) of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 laying down the rules and general principles concerning mechanisms for control by Member States of the Commission’s exercise of implementing powers[1] (the ‘Comitology Regulation’), the Commission hereby presents the annual report on the working of committees for 2013.

Les résultats ont été examinés à partir des rapports annuels d'exécution, ainsi que d'autres renseignements fournis à l'occasion d'échanges réguliers entre la Commission et les autorités britanniques, et des travaux des comités de suivi des programmes.
The reviews were based on the annual implementation reports, together with other information available through regular exchanges between the Commission and the UK authorities, and the work of the programme Monitoring Committees.

Finally, the European Parliament requests the Commission to keep Parliament fully informed of the implementation of the Convention by the EU and the Member States party to the Convention, inter alia by transmitting their annual reports and debriefing the Development Committee on a regular basis on the implementation of the Convention and Committee proceedings, in particular in case of a future revision of the Convention.
