4. condamne l'assassinat de Kluivert Roa et de six autres étudiants, et exprime ses condoléances à leurs familles; demande au gouvernement de révoquer la résolution 8610 récemment adoptée, qui autorise les forces de sécurité à employer une force potentiellement mortelle, en ayant recours à une arme à feu ou à une autre arme susceptible de donner la mort, afin de réprimer les manifestations civiles, dans la mesure où cette résolution déroge à l'article 68 de la Constitution vénézuélienne;
