IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Afin d'optimiser l'utilisation des ressources du programme LIFE, il y a lieu de favoriser les synergies entre les actions menées dans le cadre du sous-programme "Environnement", notamment en matière de protection de la biodiversité, et les mesures visant à l'atténuation du changement climatique et à l'adaptation à ce phénomène relevant du sous-programme "Action pour le climat".
With a view to optimising the use of LIFE Programme resources, synergies between actions under the sub-programme for Environment, in particular to protect biodiversity, and climate change mitigation and adaptation measures under the sub-programme for Climate Action should be fostered.

4. La Commission garantit l'équilibre géographique des projets intégrés en attribuant de manière indicative au moins trois projets intégrés à chaque État membre, en garantissant la présence d'au moins un projet intégré au titre du sous-programme "Environnement" et au moins d'un projet intégré au titre du sous-programme "Action pour le climat" au cours de la période de programmation LIFE visée à l'article premier.
4. The Commission shall ensure geographical balance for integrated projects by indicatively allocating at least three integrated projects to each Member State, ensuring at least one integrated project under the sub-programme for Environment and at least one integrated project under the sub-programme for Climate Action during the LIFE programming period referred to in Article 1.

Afin de garantir la meilleure évaluation possible de l'utilisation des fonds de l'Union, il convient de déléguer à la Commission le pouvoir d'adopter des actes conformément à l'article 290 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne en ce qui concerne les indicateurs de performance applicables aux priorités thématiques du sous-programme "Environnement" et aux domaines prioritaires du sous-programme "Action pour le climat", la modification des priorités thématiques établies à l'annexe III et l'augmentation du pourcentage du budget consacré aux subventions allouées à des projets en faveur de la protection de la nature et de la biodiversité.
In order to secure the best possible evaluation of the use of Union funds, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission in respect of performance indicators applicable to thematic priorities for the sub-programme for Environment and the priority areas for the sub-programme for Climate Action, of modification of the thematic priorities set out in Annex III, and of increasing the percentage of the budget allocated to grants for projects supporting the conservation of nature and biodiversity.

Les demandes reposent sur un plan de renforcement des capacités à convenir entre l'État membre et la Commission, qui présente les interventions qui seront financées par le programme LIFE afin de développer les capacités de l'État membre à présenter des demandes fructueuses pour le financement de projets au titre des sous-programmes "Environnement" et "Action pour le climat".
Applications shall be based on a capacity-building plan to be agreed between the Member State and the Commission outlining the interventions to be funded by the LIFE Programme in order to develop the Member State's capacity to submit successful applications for funding for projects under the sub-programmes for Environment and Climate Action.

La Commission est habilitée à adopter des actes délégués en conformité avec l'article 29 afin de définir plus précisément les indicateurs de performance en vue de leur application aux domaines prioritaires et aux priorités thématiques telles que définies à l'article 9 et à l'annexe III respectivement en ce qui concerne le sous-programme "Environnement" et à l'article 13, pour ce qui est du sous-programme "Action pour le climat".
The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 29 to further define the performance indicators in view of their application to the priority areas and thematic priorities referred to in Article 9 and Annex III respectively as regards the sub-programme for Environment, and in Article 13 as regards the sub-programme for Climate Action.
