In the light of the tenders received in response to individual invitations to tender, the Commission should fix a minimum selling price or should decide not to fix a minimum selling price, in accordance with Article 46(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1272/2009.

Pour stabiliser le prix de marché du riz paddy dans une région de la Communauté, la Commission autorise l'État membre concerné, selon la procédure visée à l'article 25, paragraphe 2, à conclure des contrats de stockage privé, si le prix de marché moyen est inférieur dans cette région au prix de soutien durant deux semaines consécutives et s'il faut s'attendre à ce que ce prix reste inférieur au prix de soutien en l'absence de mesures appropriées.
2. In order to stabilise the market price for paddy rice in a region of the Community, the Commission shall, in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 25(2), authorise the Member State concerned to conclude private storage contracts, if the average market price in that region is for a consecutive period of two weeks less than the support price and is, without support measures, likely to remain less than the support price.
