Je crois qu'il en va du rétablissement, de part et d'autre de la Méditerranée, de cette dimension de compréhension et de respect mutuel qui doit, après la difficile phase de la décolonisation et une fois que commencent à cicatriser les blessures qui l'ont accompagnée, à redonner à la Méditerranée cet aspect de mare nostrum autour de laquelle nous partageons avec nos collègues un certain nombre de valeurs qui ont fondé notre civilisation.
