1. L’opérateur responsable de tout envoi d’animaux et de biens des catégories visées à l’article 47, paragraphe 1, remplit la partie pertinente du DSCE prévue à cet effet en y indiquant les informations nécessaires à l’identification immédiate et complète de l’envoi et sa destination.
1. For each consignment of the categories of animals and goods referred to in Article 47(1) the operator responsible for the consignment shall complete the relevant part of the CHED, providing the information necessary for the immediate and complete identification of the consignment and its destination.

An adequate sample of the final vessels, taken on site by the notified body before the placing on the market, shall be examined and appropriate tests as identified by the relevant parts of the harmonised standards and/ or equivalent tests set out in other relevant technical specifications , shall be carried out to check the conformity of the vessel with the type described in the EU-type examination certificate and with the relevant requirements of this Directive.

Un échantillon approprié de produits finis, prélevé sur place par l’organisme notifié avant la mise sur le marché, est examiné et les essais appropriés, décrits dans les parties pertinentes des normes harmonisées, et/ou des essais équivalents exposés dans d’autres spécifications techniques pertinentes, sont effectués pour vérifier la conformité de l’article pyrotechnique avec le type décrit dans l’attestation d’examen UE de type ainsi qu’avec les exigences applicables de la présente directive.

5. Les dispositions des paragraphes 1 à 3 ne s'appliquent pas aux entreprises et aux travailleurs couverts par un accord conclu à l'échelon pertinent et avec les parties pertinentes sur les procédures d'anticipation des compétences ou d'évaluation des besoins d'emplois et de compétences.
5. The provisions of paragraphs 1 to 3 do not refer to companies and workers covered by an agreement, concluded at the relevant level and with the relevant parties, on the procedures for anticipating skills or assessment of employment and skills needs.

Aux termes du paragraphe 5 dudit article 12, l’obligation de notification d’exportation ainsi prévue prend toutefois fin lorsque les trois conditions suivantes sont remplies: le produit chimique en cause a été inscrit à ladite annexe III, la partie importatrice a adressé au secrétariat une réponse concernant l’importation future dudit produit, conformément à l’article 10, paragraphe 2, de la convention, et le secrétariat a communiqué cette réponse aux autres parties conformément au paragraphe 10 du même article 10.
Article 12(5) provides that the obligation to give an export notification is to cease where the following three conditions are fulfilled: the chemical concerned has been listed in Annex III, the importing Party has provided a response concerning future import for the chemical to the Secretariat in accordance with Article 10(2), and the Secretariat has distributed the response to the Parties in accordance with Article 10(10).
