– vu les conclusions des conférences interparlementaires sur la politique étrangère et de sécurité commune (PESC) et sur la politique de sécurité et de défense commune (PSDC) qui se sont tenues les 9 et 10 septembre 2012 à Paphos (Chypre), les 24, 25 et 26 mars 2013 à Dublin (Irlande) et les 4, 5 et 6 septembre 2013 à Vilnius (Lituanie), et vu la contribution de la conférence interparlementaire sur la gouvernance économique et financière de l'Union qui s'est tenue, conformément à l'article 13 du traité sur la stabilité, la coordination et la gouvernance, les 16 et 17 octobre 2013 à Vilnius (Lituanie),
