The Administrative Manager shall assist the Chairperson of the Board of Regulators with the preparation of the agenda of the Board of Regulators, the Management Committee and the Expert Working Groups.

En vue de faciliter la mise en œuvre du programme Euratom, pour chacune des réunions du comité de programme telle que définie dans l'ordre du jour, la Commission remboursera, conformément aux orientations qui ont été établies, les frais d'un représentant par État membre ainsi que d'un expert/conseiller par État membre pour les points de l'ordre du jour qui exigent des connaissances spécialisées.
With a view to facilitating the implementation of the Euratom Programme, for each meeting of the programme committee as defined in the agenda, the Commission will reimburse, in accordance with its established guidelines, the expenses of one representative per Member State, as well as one expert/adviser per Member State for those agenda items where a Member State requires specific expertise.

Welcomes this session's nominations for the mandates of Independent Expert on the promotion of a democratic and equitable international order, Special Rapporteur on the promotion of truth, justice, reparation and guarantees of non-recurrence, Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Syria and Independent Expert on the situation of human rights in the Sudan; takes note of the reports to be presented by the Special Rapporteurs on, among others, the situation of human rights in the DPRK, Iran and Burma/Myanmar, and those on torture and other cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment or punishment, on the situation of human rights defenders and on the freedom of religion or belief; calls on the Member States to actively contribute to these debates;

22. propose que le CER soit administré par un conseil d'administration et un comité scientifique, composé de scientifiques européens de haut niveau issus de différents domaines scientifiques, ainsi que de représentants du monde des affaires et de l'industrie, par exemple en incluant les plates-formes technologiques; recommande qu'un réseau international d'experts indépendants soit constitué afin de contribuer à l'évaluation des projets; les organes de direction et le réseau d'experts devraient respecter une parité équitable entre hommes et femmes; les critères de sélection tant pour le conseil d'administration que pour le comité scientifique doivent être fondés sur l'excellence et l'expertise afin de maintenir la transparence et de garantir que le CER jouisse du respect le plus large possible; est d'avis que le CER doit, conformément à l'article 171 du traité CE, être mis en place, au terme d'une brève phase de transition; considère que les règles de participation du septième programme-cadre devraient en tenir compte;
22. Suggests that the ERC should be governed by a board and a scientific committee, made up of high-level scientists from different scientific areas, plus representatives of business and industry, e.g. by involving the technology platforms; a world-wide network of peer reviewers should be set up for the evaluation of proposals; the governing bodies and the network of reviewers should be gender balanced; the selection criteria for both the board and the scientific committee must be based on excellence and expertise in order to maintain transparency and ensure that the ERC enjoys the widest possible respect; considers that the ERC, following a brief transitional period, should be established pursuant to Article 171 of the EC Treaty; considers that the participation rules of FP7 should take account of this guideline;
