Il convient de modifier le règlement financier afin d'y intégrer la déclaration commune du Parlement européen, du Conseil et de la Commission sur la décharge distincte pour les entreprises communes, conformément à l'article 209 du règlement financier (29 mai 2014).
It is appropriate to modify the Financial Regulation in order to take on board the Joint Statement made by the European Parliament, the Council, and the Commission on the separate discharge for Joint Undertakings under Article 209 of the Financial Regulation (29.5.2014).

29. note que l'entreprise commune n'a pas modifié son règlement financier pour tenir compte des modifications découlant du nouveau règlement financier et du règlement financier-cadre des organismes visés à l'article 208 du nouveau règlement financier; note que, d'après l'entreprise commune, celle-ci a évalué les modifications et proposé des amendements à son conseil de direction; note que, conformément à l'article 5 de la décision 2007/198/Euratom du Conseil, la Commission doit être préalablement consultée avant de transmettre la version définitive du règlement financier au conseil de direction de l'entreprise commune; demande à la Commission et à l'entreprise commune de régler cette question sans délai;

Notes that the Joint Undertaking has not amended its financial rules in order to reflect the changes brought by the new Financial Regulation and the framework financial regulation for the bodies referred to in Article 208 of the new Financial Regulation; acknowledges from the Joint Undertaking that it assessed the changes and proposed the amendments to its Governing Board; notes that in accordance with Article 5 of Council Decision 2007/198/Euratom, the Commission is to issue an opinion prior to submission of the final version of the financial rules to the Joint Undertaking’s Governing Board; calls on the Commission and the Joint Undertaking to remedy this issue without delay;
