4. Resolution authorities shall share information with the competent ministry when it relates to a decision or matter which requires notification, consultation or consent of the competent ministry or which may have implications for public funds.

6. Lorsque l’autorité de résolution dans un État membre n’est pas le ministère compétent, elle informe le ministère compétent des décisions prises en vertu de la présente directive et, sauf dispositions contraires en droit national, recueille son assentiment avant la mise en œuvre des décisions ayant une incidence budgétaire directe ou des implications systémiques.
6. Where the resolution authority in a Member State is not the competent ministry it shall inform the competent ministry of the decisions pursuant to this Directive and, unless otherwise laid down in national law, have its approval before implementing decisions that have a direct fiscal impact or systemic implications.

30. Invites the Montenegrin government to substantially enhance institutional and administrative capacities, as well as accession-related cooperation and coordination between the relevant State institutions; calls on the authorities, in this respect, to reinforce the administrative capacity of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration and strengthen the capacities of ministries dealing with key areas of the acquis ; calls on the authorities to tackle the fragmentation of the administrative system and overlapping competences as well as to develop policy-making capacities in line ministries with the aim of improving the quality of legislation and ultimately strengthening the rule of law;
