(i) de la partie de l’arrondissement de Rivière-des-Prairies–Pointe-aux-Trembles située au sud-est et à l’est d’une ligne décrite comme suit : commençant à l’intersection du coin le plus au nord de la ville de Montréal-Est avec le boulevard Henri-Bourassa Est; de là vers le nord-est suivant ledit boulevard jusqu’à l’autoroute n 40 (autoroute Métropolitaine); de là vers le nord suivant ladite autoroute jusqu’à la limite nord de la ville de Montréal;
(i) that part of the borough of Rivière-des-Prairies–Pointe-aux-Trembles lying southeasterly and easterly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the northernmost corner of the City of Montréal-Est with Henri-Bourassa Boulevard East; thence northeasterly along said boulevard to Highway No. 40 (Métropolitaine Highway); thence northerly along said highway to the northerly limit of the City of Montréal;

Il y a présentement, à Montréal, deux raffineries soient celle de Petro-Canada située dans le quartier de Pointe-aux-Trembles et celle de Shell Canada située dans les limites de la Ville de Montréal-Est.
Currently, Montreal has two refineries: Petro Canada, located in Pointe-aux-Trembles; and Shell Canada, located on the outskirts of Montreal East.

Sur motion de Anita Neville, il est convenu, - Que, conformément à son ordre de renvoi du 27 février 2001 concernant le projet de loi C-11, Loi concernant l'immigration au Canada et l'asile conféré aux personnes déplacées, persécutées ou en danger, le Comité se compose de dix (10) membres : deux (2) de l'Alliance canadienne, un (1) du Bloc Québécois, un (1) du NPD, un (1) du Parti conservateur et cinq (5) du Parti libéral et qu'il soit autorisé à tenir des audiences pendant le mois d'avril dans six villes, soit Vancouver, Winnipeg, Toronto, London, Windsor et Montréal, que le personnel nécessaire accompagne le Comité et l'adjoint du président et que les membres du Comité utilisent un de leurs points de déplacement pour ce voyage.
On motion of Anita Neville, it was agreed, - That pursuant to its Order of Reference of February 27, 2001 relating to Bill C-11, an Act respecting immigration to Canada and the granting of refugee protection to persons who are displaced, persecuted or in danger, the Committee be composed of ten (10) members. Two (2) Canadian Alliance members, one (1) Bloc Quebecois member, one (1) NDP member, one (1) PC member and five (5) liberals and that they be authorized to hold public hearings during the month of April in six cities, namely, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Toronto, London, Windsor and Montreal, that the necessary staff accompany the Committee and also the Chairman's assistant and that members of the Committee use one of their points for this trip.

It's moved that pursuant to its order of reference of February 27, 2001, relating to Bill C-11, an act respecting immigration to Canada and the granting of refugee protection to persons who are displaced, persecuted or in danger, the committee be composed of ten members, two from the Canadian Alliance, one from the Bloc, one from the NDP, one from the PC, and only five Liberals; that they be authorized to hold public hearings during the month of April in six cities, namely, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Toronto, London, Windsor, Montreal; that the necessary staff accompany the committee and also the chairman's assistant; and that members of the committee use one of their points for this trip.

BT. whereas the Commission has raised concerns regarding the conformity of the Hungarian media law with the Audiovisual Media Services Directive and the acquis communautaire in general, notably in relation to the obligation to offer balanced coverage applicable to all audiovisual media service providers, and has also questioned whether that law complies with the principle of proportionality and respects the fundamental right to freedom of expression and information enshrined in Article 11 of the Charter, the country of origin principle and registration requirements, and whereas, in March 2011, following negotiations with the Commission, the Hungarian Parliament amended the law to address the points raised by the Commission;
