Calls on the international community, the UN, the EU, the AU and the Arab League member states to stand ready to support Libyans in their efforts to successfully implement the agreement; expects the Member States and international institutions to have official contacts only with parties to the Libyan Political Agreement; calls for the EU to impose targeted sanctions such as travel bans and asset freezes against individuals and organisations that boycott the Libyan Political Agreement;

D. considérant que lors de la réunion ministérielle qui s'est tenue à Rome en décembre 2015, diverses parties, notamment la Ligue arabe, les Nations unies, l'Union africaine et l'Union européenne, ont apporté leur soutien au gouvernement d'union nationale en tant que seul gouvernement légitime de Libye, déclaré qu'ils interrompraient toute relation officielle avec les personnes et les institutions qui n'auraient pas été légitimées par l'accord politique libyen, et rejeté toute ingérence étrangère dans le processus libyen;
D. whereas at the Ministerial Meeting for Libya held in Rome in December 2015, various actors, including the Arab League, the United Nations, the African Union and the European Union, pledged their support for the Government of National Accord as the sole legitimate government of Libya, stating that they would cease official contacts with individuals and institutions not validated by the Libyan Political Agreement and reject any foreign interference in the Libyan process;

Calls on the international community, the UN, the EU, the AU and the Arab League member states to stand ready to support Libyans in their efforts to successfully implement the agreement; expects the Member States and international institutions to cease official contacts with any persons not belonging to or not party to the Libyan Political Agreement; calls on neighbouring countries to contribute to the stability of Libya; stresses the need to protect the critical infrastructure of harbours, airports, oil wells and pipelines;

25. invite à cet effet la Commission à apporter son soutien approprié à l'ensemble des acteurs du mouvement de réforme dans le monde arabe, associant autant les acteurs étatiques que les acteurs de la société civile, et à apporter son soutien à la création d'institutions arabes communes, notamment parlementaires; et l'invite également à élaborer un mécanisme formel régulier de concertation et de suivi, avec la Ligue des États arabes, au plus haut niveau et, par subsidiarité, dans l'ensemble des sphères d'intérêt commun; appelle à la tenue de sommets réguliers entre l'Union européenne et la Ligue des États arabes, destinés à élaborer des agendas et des chantiers communs;
25. Calls on the Commission, therefore, to give appropriate support to all those engaged in the reform movement in the Arab world, to involve state actors and civil society actors, and to give its support to the creation of common Arab institutions, particularly parliamentary institutions; also calls on the Commission to devise a regular formal mechanism for consultation and monitoring, with the League of Arab States, at the highest level and, on a subsidiarity basis, in all areas of common interest; calls for the European Union and the League of Arab States to hold regular summits with a view to developing common agendas and areas of work;
