In interpreting the provisions of this Agreement the Fund and its members shall be guided by the following provisions:

a) Toute question d’interprétation des dispositions des présents Statuts qui se poserait entre un État membre et le Fonds ou entre des États membres est soumise au Conseil d’administration pour décision.
(a) Any question of interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement arising between any member and the Fund or between any members of the Fund shall be submitted to the Executive Board for its decision.

Sans préjudice de l'article 154 du traité, tout différend entre des membres de l'entreprise commune ou entre un ou plusieurs membres de l'entreprise commune et l'entreprise commune, concernant l'interprétation ou l'application des présents statuts, qui n'est pas résolu par les bons offices du conseil de direction peut, à la demande de toute partie au différend, être soumis à un tribunal d'arbitrage.
1. Without prejudice to Article 154 of the Treaty, any dispute either between Members of the Joint Undertaking or between one or more Members and the Joint Undertaking concerning the interpretation or application of these Statutes, which is not settled by the good offices of the Governing Board, may, at the request of any party to the dispute, be submitted to an arbitration tribunal.

Aux fins de l'application des présents statuts, l'Institut monétaire luxembourgeois est considéré comme la banque centrale du Luxembourg.
For the purposes of this Statute, the Institut monétaire luxembourgeois shall be regarded as the central bank of Luxembourg.
