Objet : Recours, introduit au titre des articles 236 CE et 152 EA, par lequel M Dragoman demande, notamment, l’annulation de la décision du jury du concours général EPSO/AD/34/05 pour la constitution d’une réserve de recrutement d’administrateurs linguistes (interprètes de conférence – AD 5) pour la langue roumaine, du 12 décembre 2006, de ne pas l’inscrire sur ladite liste de réserve.
Application: brought under Articles 236 EC and 152 EA, in which Mrs Dragoman seeks, in particular, annulment of the decision of the selection board in open competition EPSO/AD/34/05 for the constitution of a reserve list for the recruitment of Romanian-speaking conference interpreters (AD 5) of 12 December 2006 not to include her on that reserve list.
