Définition: Troubles caractérisés essentiellement par la présence de manifestations anxieuses qui ne sont pas déclenchées exclusivement par l'exposition à une situation déterminée. Ils peuvent s'accompagner de symptômes dépressifs ou obsessionnels, ainsi que de certaines manifestations traduisant une anxiété phobique, ces manifestations étant toutefois manifestement secondaires ou peu sévères.
Definition: Disorders in which manifestation of anxiety is the major symptom and is not restricted to any particular environmental situation. Depressive and obsessional symptoms, and even some elements of phobic anxiety, may also be present, provided that they are clearly secondary or less severe.
