Le laboratoire chargé de l'usinage du riz, après avoir effectué une preuve de germinabilité et l'usinage, envoie les échantillons codifiés à tous les laboratoires dont la liste figure à l'annexe III et transmet à la Commission une communication cachetée qui permettra la décodification des échantillons.
1. The laboratory responsible for processing the rice shall, having carried out germination tests and having processed the rice, send samples labelled with a code to all the laboratories listed in Annex III and shall send the Commission a notification under enabling the samples to be decoded.
