Yvan Loubier (Saint-Hyacinthe-Bagot): Monsieur le Président, je retire le terme «niaiseries», mais c'était simplement pour signaler que lorsqu'on parle, par exemple, de formation professionnelle, on nous dit qu'on est capricieux au Québec, lorsqu'on nous parle de brevets pharmaceutiques, on nous dit qu'on s'énerve pour rien, et le ministre Tremblay, d'ailleurs, hier soir, a demandé, et je réitère cette demande du ministre Tremblay, d'intervenir.
