La nécessité d'assurer des conditions d'emploi stables et l'égalité de traitement du personnel, compte tenu de l'expérience tirée de l'entreprise commune JET, afin d'attirer un personnel scientifique et technique spécialisé du plus haut niveau, requiert l'application, à l'ensemble du personnel recruté par l'entreprise commune du statut des fonctionnaires des Communautés européennes et du régime applicable aux autres agents des Communautés européennes, fixés par le règlement (CEE, Euratom, CECA) no 259/68 (12) (ci-après dénommé «statut»).
The need to ensure stable employment conditions and equal treatment of staff, taking into account the experience gained from the JET Joint Undertaking, in order to attract specialised scientific and technical staff of the highest calibre, requires the application of the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Communities, laid down by Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68 (12) (the Staff Regulations) to all the staff recruited by the Joint Undertaking.
