Le requérant allègue, en substance, que l’EPSO aurait violé l’obligation de motivation inscrite à l’article 25 du statut, en ce qu’il a refusé de lui communiquer plusieurs documents et informations et, en particulier, les questions sur lesquelles il a échoué, les raisons pour lesquelles ses réponses étaient erronées, ainsi que les grilles d’évaluation utilisées pour les épreuves écrites et orales.
